Pour a small amount of mouthwash into the cap, then vigorously rinse your mouth for 15-30 seconds, and spit the mouthwash into the sink. It is recommended to use it in the morning and evening after brushing your teeth.

Alcohol-free mouthwash neutralizes bacteria that cause enamel erosion, even in hard-to-reach areas; it promotes the restoration of depleted tooth enamel. Active calcium is a building block of tooth enamel. It strengthens weakened enamel and protects teeth from cavities. The microelements in the composition normalize the mineral exchange in the oral cavity, increasing enamel resistance to harmful bacteria and acids.

For daily enamel support, use the mouthwash twice a day — morning and evening — after brushing your teeth with fluoride toothpaste. Measure about 10–15 ml (roughly a capful) and swish it thoroughly around your mouth for 30–60 seconds, making sure it reaches between teeth and along the gumline where a brush may miss. Spit it out completely; do not swallow.
The product is explicitly not suitable for children under 6 years old. This age cutoff exists because younger children often cannot reliably spit out the rinse and may swallow significant amounts, which is not intended for a fluoride-containing product. For children aged 6 and above, use only under adult supervision until you are confident they can swish and spit without swallowing.
The alcohol-free formulation makes this rinse a practical choice for people who find traditional alcohol-based mouthwashes too harsh — including those with sensitive oral tissues, recurring ulcers, or general discomfort from the burning sensation. Without ethanol, the liquid is less likely to dry out the mucosa or sting inflamed areas, so morning and evening use is usually well tolerated.
This mouthwash is designed as a supplement to — not a replacement for — the mechanical basics of oral hygiene. Brushing twice daily with fluoride toothpaste physically removes the bulk of plaque biofilm from tooth surfaces.
