Orthilia secunda (one-sided wintergreen, also called sidebells wintergreen) is a perennial herbaceous plant that grows in the coniferous forests of Northern Europe and Siberia. The dried shoots of the plant have long been used in traditional herbal preparations. The product is suitable for preparing herbal infusions according to the instructions on the package. 25 g.

COMPOSITION: Dried shoots of one-sided wintergreen (Orthilia secunda).
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Pour 1 glass (200 ml) of boiling water over 1 tablespoon (4.0 g) of the crushed herbal raw material, let infuse for 15–20 minutes and strain. Adults: ¼ glass (50 ml) of the infusion 4 times a day or ½ glass (100 ml) of the infusion 2 times a day with meals. Keep the prepared infusion in the refrigerator for no longer than 2 days. Duration of use – 1 month; it may be repeated during the year.
WARNINGS: Not a medicine. Herbal raw material for preparing tea. Contraindications: pregnancy, breastfeeding, individual intolerance to the ingredients. Consult a doctor before use, especially if you are taking medicines. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
