How do I use the Tulsi mask on my face?

Mix a small amount of the powder with water — or rose water, if that fits your skincare routine — into a smooth, spreadable paste. Apply an even layer to clean, damp skin, keeping it well away from the eye area. Leave it on for roughly 10–15 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water, using light circular motions with your fingertips as you rinse. The fine powder provides mild physical exfoliation, so the rinsing step is where most of the surface-lifting work happens.

Because this is a pure powder, you control the consistency each time. A thicker paste stays in place longer; a thinner one spreads more easily. For combination or oily-looking skin, once or twice a week is a sensible starting rhythm. The tannins in Tulsi have an astringent effect, so skin may look more refined and matte after rinsing. If your skin feels tight afterward, reduce the leave-on time or mix with water instead of rose water.

Mix only what you need for a single application — the powder keeps well in a dry, sealed container, but a freshly prepared paste is best used right away. If your skin is reactive, start with a shorter leave-on time (5–10 minutes) and increase gradually as your skin adjusts.
