DIRECTIONS FOR USE: For external use only. Open the package and remove the protective film. Attach the plaster to clean and dry skin. The plaster can be worn for up to 48 hours. If you feel a strong burning sensation, remove the plaster. It is recommended to apply a new plaster to the same place only after a break.

A pepper plaster works thanks to capsicum extract, which irritates superficial nerve endings and increases blood flow to the area where it is applied. The plaster can be worn for up to 48 hours, but the intensity of the sensation varies considerably from person to person, so within that time go primarily by your own skin's reaction.
The 10 × 16 cm OLKO plaster is convenient for fairly large areas: the shoulder blades, the lower back, the thigh. These are the areas where it is most often used for muscle tension after exertion, stiffness in the back or unpleasant sensations in the joints.
Both the plaster and a warming ointment use locally irritating ingredients, in particular pepper extract, to stimulate nerve endings and increase blood flow in the area of application. However, the format has a significant effect on convenience and on how long the effect lasts.
