The "Intellect" Grain Mix is a nutritious three-grain blend of cut oat, cut spelt (Triticum spelta), and amaranth seed (Amaranthus cruentus), presented in five individual 70 g cooking bags (350 g total). The combination of these three grains brings together the established nutritional characters of each into a complementary, flavourful grain preparation.
Oat contributes beta-glucan dietary fibre and a mild, creamy base flavour. Spelt adds the distinct, warm, nutty complexity of this ancient wheat relative together with its higher protein content compared to common wheat.
