Sila Altaya Flaxseed Jelly (Kissel) with Black Currant is a traditional Eastern European kissel — a traditional thick fruit and grain jelly drink — made from flaxseed flour as its base. Kissel is prepared by dissolving the powder in hot water, forming a smooth, lightly gelatinised warm drink with a pleasantly tangy flavour from the black currant.
