What the product is
LEKRASET Pohla võrsed 50 g by Лэкрасет is a loose herbal raw material made from lingonberry shoots, a plant traditionally prepared as a warm infusion. People usually choose this type of herb when they want a simple botanical addition to their diet, especially in periods when they prefer light herbal drinks rather than complex multi-ingredient supplements.
Key components
Lingonberry shoots contain naturally occurring plant compounds such as:
- Tannins
- Flavonoids
- Phenolic substances
In plain language, these compounds are valued because they give the herb its characteristic astringent and plant-active profile. Herbal infusions from lingonberry have a long history of use in Northern and Eastern European herbal traditions, where the plant has been included in seasonal herbal preparations and short courses.
Product format and who it suits
What makes this product different from capsules or extracts is its classic tea-style form: cut herbal material that is prepared as a decoction or infusion. This format is often chosen by people who:
- Prefer traditional herbal use and want to prepare the drink themselves
- Already include single herbs in their regimen
- Prefer straightforward plant ingredients instead of flavored blends
Important notes
LEKRASET lingonberry shoots are best seen as a traditional herbal supplement, not as a fast-acting solution. Because herbs can have physiological effects, it is sensible to use them thoughtfully. It is wise to speak with a healthcare professional first if you are:
- Pregnant
- Breastfeeding
- Using medicines
- Choosing herbal products for a longer period
