Product Overview
LEKRASET Hiina sidrunväändik seemned is a herbal infusion made from Schisandra chinensis seeds with a small addition of Rosehip. Schisandra is a well‑known plant in East Asian herbal tradition and is often chosen during periods of mental load, a busy schedule or seasonal fatigue, when people want a plant‑based tonic rather than another sweetened drink.
Key Ingredients & Benefits
The main interest in schisandra comes from its naturally occurring lignans — plant compounds concentrated in the seeds. In simple terms, these substances are valued for their adaptogenic profile: they help the body respond more steadily to physical and emotional strain. People often describe schisandra infusions as “warming” and clarifying, suitable for times when focus feels scattered or energy fluctuates through the day. Rosehip is included in a small amount to round out the herbal taste and add traditional fruit notes.
- Schisandra chinensis seeds – source of lignans and adaptogenic compounds.
- Rosehip – adds traditional fruit notes and rounds the taste.
When to Use
This herbal tea is suited for regular use over time rather than a one‑off boost. It fits into a morning or daytime regimen during demanding work periods, study sessions, or after travel, when you want a simple herbal drink with a long history of use. It is not a fast stimulant like coffee; the effect is usually more subtle and best experienced with consistent consumption.
