Preparation: Pour 1 teaspoon (2.0 g) of herbal mix with 1 cup (200 ml) of boiling water. Let it steep for 15–20 minutes, then strain. Adults: take 1/2 cup (100 ml) of the infusion 2 times a day with meals. Keep prepared infusion refrigerated for no more than 2 days.

Storage: Store at +5 ºC to +25 ºC, in a dry, dark place, out of reach of children.
