VITATEKA Turmeric Juice with lemon is an organic juice (100% organic, BIO) made to be added to drinks. It is a rich turmeric juice with a small amount of lemon juice, with a characteristic golden colour and a warm, earthy taste. The idea is simple: add a little juice to a drink and get a turmeric note at exactly the strength you like. The bottle holds 200 ml.

Composition and nutrition

The composition is simple and transparent: turmeric juice — 99.1% and lemon juice concentrate — 0.9%. The product is certified organic (BIO, NL-BIO-01) and made in Europe.

Nutrition per 100 g:

  • energy — 134 kJ / 32 kcal;
  • fat — 0.2 g, of which saturates — 0.1 g;
  • carbohydrate — 6.3 g, of which sugars — 1.1 g;
  • fibre — 1 g;
  • protein — 1.2 g; salt — 0.04 g.

This is pure turmeric juice; there is no added sugar — only naturally occurring sugars.

How to use it

The turmeric juice is meant for diluting. Add a drop of pure juice to a glass and mix it with a drink — that way you set the strength and colour yourself. It works well in:

  • tea — hot or cold;
  • water, including sparkling water;
  • smoothies and fruit juices;
  • golden milk (golden latte) and other recipes to your taste.

That way you give a drink a golden colour and a warm turmeric note. You can also take a small amount straight as a shot.

Storage

Store in a dry, dark place at +18…+22 °C, away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening. The best-before date is on the pack.

Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. If an allergic reaction occurs, stop using and consult a doctor.
