- Acidity regulators: sodium acetate trihydrate, acetic acid
- Peppermint oil: 1.4 mg
- Hop oil: 0.2 mg
- Menthol: 21.7 mg
- Isovaleric acid menthyl ester: 33.1 mg
- Bromoisovaleric acid ethyl ester: 20.3 mg
For sleep difficulties, take 20 drops 30–60 minutes before bedtime.
