VITATEKA Ginger Juice with lemon is an organic juice (100% organic, BIO) made to be added to drinks. It is a rich ginger juice with a small amount of lemon juice. The idea is simple: add a little juice to your favourite drink and get a ginger note at exactly the strength you like. The bottle holds 200 ml.

The composition is simple and transparent: ginger juice — 99.1% and lemon juice concentrate — 0.9%. The product is certified organic (BIO, NL-BIO-01) and made in Europe.

  • fat — 0 g, of which saturates — 0 g;
  • carbohydrate — 0.9 g, of which sugars — 0.8 g;
  • fibre — 0.2 g;
  • protein — 0.8 g; salt — 0.16 g.

This is pure ginger juice, so it is low in calories and almost sugar-free — unlike sweet fruit shots.

How to use it

The ginger juice is meant for diluting. Add a drop of pure juice to a glass and mix it with your favourite drink — that way you set the strength yourself. It works well in:

  • tea — hot or cold;
  • water, including sparkling water;
  • fruit juices and smoothies;
  • other drinks and recipes to your taste.

That way you add a ginger note to any drink. You can also take a small amount straight as a shot.

Storage

Store in a dry, dark place at +18…+22 °C, away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening. The best-before date is on the pack.
