Melatonin and falling asleep

  • California poppy flower, leaf and stem extract (Eschscholzia californica).

The base is purified water, propylene glycol and glycerin; sugar softens the taste.

The spray does not need to be washed down with water and is easy to dose: one spray into the mouth is 1 mg of melatonin. The compact 30 ml bottle is easy to take on the road, especially for flights and time-zone changes.

How to use

The recommended dose is 1 spray 30 minutes before bedtime. The best effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before sleep. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product is intended for adults from 18 years.
