Teavit Blackberry Herbal Tea is a naturally caffeine-free fruit and botanical blended herbal tea from the Teavit range, combining the rich, deep flavour of whole blackberries with complementary ingredients including green apple, blackcurrant leaf, hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdariffa) and black chokeberry (Aronia melanocarpa). Blackberries (Rubus spp.) contribute a characteristic tart-sweet depth of flavour and a natural dark purple infusion colour, along with their rich polyphenol and anthocyanin profile. Green apple pieces add a mild, refreshing fruity note. Blackcurrant leaf provides a pleasant botanical vegetal and fruity character. Hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdariffa, also known as rosella or sorrel) contributes the classic vibrant deep-red-to-pink colour and bright, pleasantly tart flavour typical of hibiscus infusions, along with hibiscus anthocyanins (delphinidin and cyanidin glycosides).
