Ingredients: magnesium carbonate, bovine heart herb extract, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vit.B6), emulsifier microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin, starch, calcium stearate, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide. Tablet coating materials methyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, talc, additive carrier polyethylene glycol, preservative polysorbate 80.
Recommended for adults as a sedative, cardiovascular and nervous system support agent in stressful situations, increased fatigue and decreased attention, take 2 tablets 2 times a day during meals. The daily amount (4 tablets) contains: magnesium 100mg, bovine heart herb extract 200mg, vit.B6 2mg. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount! The food supplement does not replace a versatile and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle! Not recommended for pregnancy, breastfeeding, indiv. in case of intolerance.

The card does not speak of taking the complex together with other magnesium preparations and sedatives. The composition is magnesium carbonate, motherwort extract and pyridoxine (vitamin B6); according to the card, four tablets a day cover 100% of the daily need for vitamin B6 and 25% for magnesium. It is not recommended in individual intolerance, for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
According to the card, 1–2 tablets are taken twice a day with a meal. For how long the complex can be taken, the card does not say. Store in a dry place protected from light at a temperature of up to 25 degrees and out of the reach of children. The claims about relieving emotional tension and raising resistance to stress have no confirmation.
According to the card, the tablet contains magnesium carbonate, motherwort extract and pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), as well as microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin, starch, calcium stearate and silicon dioxide; the package contains 50 tablets of 450 mg.
