The card does not speak of taking the complex together with other magnesium preparations and sedatives. The composition is magnesium carbonate, motherwort extract and pyridoxine (vitamin B6); according to the card, four tablets a day cover 100% of the daily need for vitamin B6 and 25% for magnesium. It is not recommended in individual intolerance, for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
