Ingredients: Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, zinc (zinc bisglycinate), capsule shell: bulking agent hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC).
Allergen information: May contain: milk (incl. lactose), soy, nuts, sesame seeds, gluten, eggs, shellfish, fish.
Recommended daily dose and usage: Adults – take 1 capsule per day with sufficient water.
