Blueberry Forte with Vitamins and Zinc is a vitamin complex designed to support daily eye health, especially during increased eye strain. The bioactive substances in blueberries (anthocyanins, organic acids, carotenes, pectin substances, trace elements), working in conjunction with B-group vitamins, vitamin C, rutin, and zinc:

• Contribute to relieving eye strain and preserving vision;
• Protect the eyes from fatigue and irritation;
• Facilitate improved adaptation to darkness and strengthen the walls of blood vessels, including those in the fundus of the eye;
• Have a positive impact on the functional state of the visual organs related to the deficiency of vitamins and trace elements.

How do the components work?

Blueberry anthocyanins stimulate the synthesis and natural renewal of the visual pigment rhodopsin, contributing to increased visual acuity, improved adaptation to darkness, and conditions of reduced illumination. This process accelerates the natural renewal of the retina and reduces eye fatigue from prolonged work.

The complex of blueberry bioflavonoids and rutin with vitamin C contributes to the strengthening of the vascular wall, improved blood supply to the eyes, and the maintenance of normal intraocular pressure.

The complex of B-group vitamins is necessary for the normal metabolic processes in eye tissues. Vitamin B1 enhances visual performance, while its deficiency causes muscle weakness, including the eye tissues. Vitamin B2 deficiency leads to eye redness and a burning sensation in the eyes and eyelids. A deficiency of vitamin B6 can result in increased eye strain and twitching.

Zinc is necessary for the formation of the main visual pigment rhodopsin and the transmission of light signals through the retina, thereby protecting the eyes from structural changes caused by bright light, UV radiation, or other forms of oxidative stress. Zinc deficiency in the body is associated with structural changes in the retina and a decrease in color perception.

Application Method

Application recommendations: Adults and children over 14 years old take 2 tablets twice a day with food, children aged 7 to 14 take 3 tablets a day, and children aged 3 to 7 take 1 tablet twice a day. The duration of intake is 2-4 months. A 10-day break is allowed.

Contraindications: Individual intolerance to components, pregnancy, breastfeeding. Consultation with a doctor is recommended before use.
