How should the complex be taken, and for how long?

The manufacturer recommends that adults and children over 14 take 2 tablets 2 times a day with meals, children aged 7 to 14 take 3 tablets a day, and children aged 3 to 7 take 1 tablet 2 times a day; do not exceed the recommended number of tablets per day. The course lasts 2–4 months; a 10-day break is allowed.

A few practical points to bear in mind:

  • It is better to take the tablets with meals — this reduces the likelihood of stomach discomfort.
  • Take them with plenty of water.
  • If you are already taking other vitamin complexes, check whether the ingredients overlap — especially vitamin C and zinc, an excess of which is undesirable.
  • Store in a dry place at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and out of the reach of children.

The effect of vitamin complexes is usually cumulative — do not expect noticeable changes in the first few days. At the same time, it makes sense to review your screen-work habits and add foods rich in antioxidants to your diet: berries, leafy greens, carrots.
