Usage:
Apply a small amount of toothpaste to your toothbrush. Brush your teeth with circular motions for 2-3 minutes, gently massaging the gums at the same time. Rinse your mouth with a small amount of water, holding it in your mouth for 20-30 seconds. Use the toothpaste twice a day for the best results.
