VITATEKA WOMAN 50+ is a liquid multivitamin complex created with the needs of women over 50 in mind. One formula combines vitamins, minerals, collagen amino acids, supergreens, plant-based ingredients, coenzyme Q10, hyaluronic acid, lutein and zeaxanthin. With 149 active ingredients in total, the complex supports several areas at once: energy, bones and muscles, skin, vision, immunity and overall well-being.
After the age of 50, vitamin D, calcium, magnesium and vitamin K2 become especially important. They contribute to the maintenance of normal bones and muscle function, while vitamin D also supports the normal function of the immune system. The formula also contains zinc, selenium, iodine, copper and manganese, which are needed for various metabolic processes and normal body function.
The high levels of B vitamins make WOMAN 50+ especially suitable for periods when energy levels decline but daily demands remain the same. Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12 contribute to normal energy metabolism and help reduce tiredness and fatigue. The formula is complemented by L-carnitine, taurine, ginseng and caffeine. The daily dose contains 63 mg of caffeine, so the complex is best taken in the first half of the day.
A separate part of the formula focuses on skin and appearance. 1500 mg of collagen amino acids are combined with vitamin C, MSM and sodium hyaluronate. Vitamin C is needed for normal collagen formation, so this combination fits well into a beauty-from-within approach. Lutein and zeaxanthin are found in the retina and become especially relevant with age when visual demands remain high.
The formula also includes spirulina, broccoli, alfalfa, green tea, goji berries, acerola, blueberry, acai, pomegranate, grape seed and other plant-based ingredients. They provide polyphenols, carotenoids and other natural compounds with antioxidant potential. Scientific research strongly supports the role of vitamin D, B vitamins, vitamin C, calcium and magnesium in maintaining bones, energy metabolism, muscle function and normal nervous system function.
