VITATEKA MAN 50+ is a liquid multivitamin complex for men over 50. The formula combines 147 active ingredients: vitamins, minerals, collagen amino acids, supergreens, ginseng, coenzyme Q10, L-carnitine, taurine, plant extracts and other substances. The complex is designed around the key needs of this age: energy, muscle function, bones, the nervous system, immunity and men's health.
Zinc has a particularly important role in the formula. This mineral helps maintain normal testosterone levels in the blood, supports the normal function of the immune system and contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Selenium additionally supports immunity and normal spermatogenesis. Magnesium, potassium, calcium and vitamin D are important for normal muscle function and bone health, which becomes especially relevant with age and when maintaining an active lifestyle.
The high content of B vitamins helps support normal energy metabolism and reduce tiredness and fatigue. The formula is complemented by ginseng, L-carnitine, taurine, coenzyme Q10 and 63 mg of caffeine per daily dose. For this reason, MAN 50+ is best taken in the first half of the day, when energy, concentration and performance are especially important.
A separate group of ingredients is focused on supporting tissues and appearance. The daily dose contains 1500 mg of collagen amino acid blend, while vitamin C is required for normal collagen formation, including for the normal function of bones, cartilage, skin and blood vessels. Lutein and zeaxanthin complement the formula, which is designed with age-related needs and high visual demands in mind.
Spirulina, broccoli, alfalfa, green tea, goji berries, acerola, blueberry, acai, pomegranate, grape seed and other plant ingredients add polyphenols, carotenoids and other natural compounds with antioxidant potential.
The liquid format makes it possible to get a complex of vitamins, minerals and additional active ingredients in one serving instead of taking several separate supplements. The daily dose contains 63 mg of caffeine, so the product should not be taken late in the evening.
