Ingredients: Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), zinc (zinc citrate), biotin (D-biotin), selenium (sodium selenite), capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC).

Allergen information: May contain: milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, gluten, eggs, crustaceans, and fish.
