Sustavny Doctor Fly Agaric Body Cream is a cosmetic body cream from the Sustavny Doctor range, formulated with fly agaric (Amanita muscaria) mushroom extract as the primary botanical active. Fly agaric is one of the most recognisable wild mushrooms of the Amanitaceae family, found in temperate broadleaf and boreal forests throughout the Northern hemisphere in association with birch, pine and other trees. In traditional Eastern European folk wellness practice, fly agaric mushroom preparations have been applied topically for many generations as a warming body care product. The mushroom extract is incorporated at cosmetic concentrations in a cream base designed for application to the back and joint areas. The cream is specifically formulated for the back, lower back and joint area skin and is designed for daily use with a gentle massage-in technique.

USE: Apply the cream to the target area of the back, lower back or joint area with light circular massage movements until fully absorbed. Use 2–3 times per day for 2–6 weeks. Apply warmth to the treated area if possible.

In this product the extract is part of a cosmetic cream intended strictly for external application, and in Eastern European folk tradition fly agaric was likewise used externally, in body rubs for the back and joints.
