Korolev Farm Sustavit Arnica + Bryonia Body Gel-Balsam 125ml is a cosmetic massage gel-balsam from the Sustavit line of Korolev Farm (Russia), formulated with arnica (Arnica montana L.) and bryonia (Bryonia alba L.) extracts as the principal botanical cosmetic actives, for topical massage application on the skin of joint and back areas. Arnica mountain (Arnica montana) is one of the most widely used traditional European topical botanicals in sports and wellness cosmetics — a yellow-flowering mountain plant of the daisy family (Asteraceae), rich in sesquiterpene lactones (particularly helenalin and its derivatives), flavonoids, thymol, carotenoids and essential oils, which contribute characteristic skin-warming and conditioning cosmetic properties in topical preparations. Bryonia (Bryonia alba, white bryony, family Cucurbitaceae) is a traditional European climbing herb historically used in topical herbal preparations. USE: Apply to the target skin area. Massage with circular movements for 3–5 minutes until absorbed. Use 2–3 times per day as directed. Wash hands after use.

SUSTAVIT Arnica + Bryonia Gel-Balsam is a topical cosmetic massage gel for the body. Start by cleaning your hands and the area of skin you plan to massage. Take a small amount of the gel-balsam — it spreads easily, so you need less than you might think. Apply it to intact skin over the area that feels overworked, such as the lower back, neck-shoulder region, knees, shoulders or elbows.
The gel-balsam contains extracts of Arnica montana (Asteraceae family) and Bryonia alba (Cucurbitaceae family). If you know you react to these plant families — for example, to daisies, marigolds or chamomile, or to cucumber, melon or pumpkin family plants — treat this product with extra caution. The warming character of SUSTAVIT Arnica + Bryonia Gel-Balsam comes mainly from the arnica flower extract.
