I have sensitive skin or plant allergies — is this product suitable for me? — SUSTAVIT ARNIKA - BRIONIA GEL BODY BALM 125 ML EU (KorolevFarm)

The gel-balsam contains extracts of Arnica montana (Asteraceae family) and Bryonia alba (Cucurbitaceae family). If you know you react to these plant families — for example, to daisies, marigolds or chamomile, or to cucumber, melon or pumpkin family plants — treat this product with extra caution. The manufacturer explicitly advises this.

Before first full use, do a patch test: apply a tiny amount to a small area of skin on the inside of your forearm and wait 24 hours. If no redness, itching or other reaction appears, the product is likely suitable for you. Always apply it only to intact skin — do not use it over cuts, rashes, eczema, sunburn or open wounds. Avoid the eyes, lips and other mucous membranes.

If your skin becomes irritated, or you feel an intense unpleasant burning sensation, stop use immediately and rinse with lukewarm water. If symptoms persist, or if you have a severe allergy, consult a pharmacist or doctor before trying the product. This product is for external use only and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a chronic skin condition, or are on medication, consult a specialist before use.
