This calming herbal blend combines five plants with a long history in European botanical tradition: motherwort, peppermint, valerian root, liquorice root and hop cones. Prepared as a warm infusion, the tea has a mildly bitter, herbaceous flavour with a pleasant cooling mint note from the peppermint. Valerian root and hop cones have been part of the European herbal tradition for centuries, valued for their calming aromatic properties.
The blend is free from artificial additives, colouring agents and flavourings. Suitable for adults and young people over 14 years.

INGREDIENTS: Motherwort herb (Leonurus cardiaca), peppermint leaf (Mentha piperita), valerian root (Valeriana officinalis), liquorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra), hop cones (Humulus lupulus).
USE: Place 1 teaspoon (1.5–2 g) in a cup, add 200 ml of freshly boiled water and steep for 15 minutes. Strain before drinking. Adults and young people over 14: 1 cup (200 ml) twice daily with food. Recommended course: 1 month; may be repeated if needed.
