INGREDIENTS: Motherwort herb (Leonurus cardiaca), peppermint leaf (Mentha piperita), valerian root (Valeriana officinalis), liquorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra), hop cones (Humulus lupulus).
USE: Place 1 teaspoon (1.5–2 g) in a cup, add 200 ml of freshly boiled water and steep for 15 minutes. Strain before drinking. Adults and young people over 14: 1 cup (200 ml) twice daily with food. Recommended course: 1 month; may be repeated if needed.
WARNINGS: Dietary supplement — not a substitute for a varied diet or a medicinal product. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Not for children under 14 years.
