ADEK, 200 tablets – fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K, OstroVit

ADEK is a dietary supplement in tablet form that contains a complex of fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K. It is designed for people who want to support the health of their skin, bones, vision and immune system, while providing the body with valuable antioxidants.

• Vitamin A: helps maintain normal skin and vision, supports iron metabolism and plays a role in cell specialization.
• Vitamin D: contributes to the absorption of calcium and phosphorus, supports the health of bones, teeth, muscles and the immune system.

Ingredients:

Microcrystalline cellulose, starch, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), cholecalciferol (vitamin D), retinyl acetate (vitamin A), menaquinone-7 MK-7 (vitamin K) from Bacillus subtilis natto (soy), magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

Usage:

Take 1 tablet daily, preferably after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Warnings:

Do not use if allergic to any ingredient. Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. People taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists should avoid this product. It is advised to check 25-(OH)D blood levels and consult a specialist before use.

Allergen warning:

May contain traces of milk (including lactose), peanuts, other nuts, gluten, eggs, celery, mustard, fish and shellfish.
