Microcrystalline cellulose, starch, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), cholecalciferol (vitamin D), retinyl acetate (vitamin A), menaquinone-7 MK-7 (vitamin K) from Bacillus subtilis natto (soy), magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.
Usage:
Take 1 tablet daily, preferably after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Warnings:
Do not use if allergic to any ingredient. Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. People taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists should avoid this product. It is advised to check 25-(OH)D blood levels and consult a specialist before use.
Allergen warning:
May contain traces of milk (including lactose), peanuts, other nuts, gluten, eggs, celery, mustard, fish and shellfish.
