Can ADEK be taken if I already take other vitamin complexes? — ADEK, 200 tablets – fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K, OstroVit

The card does not describe taking it together with other vitamin complexes. It states the content in one tablet: vitamin A — 800 µg (100 % RI), vitamin D — 50 µg / 2000 IU (1000 % RI), vitamin E — 12 mg (100 % RI), vitamin K — 75 µg (100 % RI). Do not exceed the recommended daily amount; before use it is recommended to determine the blood level of 25-(OH)D and to consult a specialist. Not to be used by children, pregnant and breastfeeding women.

General information (not a manufacturer's instruction): vitamins A, D, E and K are fat-soluble, so when taking several supplements it is worth adding up their amounts from all sources (especially A and D) and discussing this with a doctor.
