What Is Horsetail Herb
Norden Natur horsetail herb is a 100% herbal tea made from Equisetum herb, most often chosen to support water balance, the urinary system and an overall feeling of lightness. Horsetail is well known in traditional herbal blends as a plant with a gentle drainage direction: it is drunk when you want to support the natural elimination of fluid and add a simple plant-based drink to the day without caffeine, sugar or flavourings.
Natural Composition
The main feature of horsetail is its natural mineral composition. The plant contains:
- Silicon compounds — an element connected with the condition of connective tissue, skin, hair and nails
- Flavonoids — known for their antioxidant potential
- Organic acids and other plant substances
That is why horsetail is often associated not only with the urinary system, but also with the topic of beauty: the strength of hair and nails and support of connective tissues.
Who Chooses Horsetail and When
This herb suits adults who find it important to support fluid balance while choosing natural products with a clear composition. It is a simple plant-based option, especially during periods when the body reacts to:
- Tiredness
- Fluid retention
- A sedentary routine
- Excess salt in the diet
Horsetail has an herbal, fairly neutral taste and is well suited for a daytime ritual — drunk on its own or combined with other herbs — as a lighter alternative to regular tea or coffee.
