Usage Instructions

The paste is intended for preparing a suspension immediately before use: 1 teaspoon (5 g) of paste is stirred into ½ glass (100 ml) of warm water until evenly distributed. The glycerin and tara gum in the formula ensure a uniform texture, so the paste disperses well without prolonged stirring. The prepared suspension should not be stored — drink it immediately after preparation.
The product is intended for adults and is expressly contraindicated during pregnancy and breastfeeding, as well as in case of individual sensitivity to any of its ingredients. The essential oils (peppermint, clary sage, orange, pine) and plant extracts may cause allergic reactions in people with increased sensitivity to the respective plants — study the full ingredient list carefully before the first dose.
According to the instructions, the course lasts from 2 weeks to 1 month — this is the main guideline. As a rule, herbal complexes for the urinary tract are taken in courses of several weeks, followed by a break. Continuous, uninterrupted use of herbs with a mild diuretic effect (horsetail, birch leaves, lovage, parsley root) is not recommended without a specialist's supervision: a prolonged increase in fluid excretion may affect the body's mineral balance.
