How should the suspension be prepared from the paste, and when is the best time to take it?

The paste is intended for preparing a suspension immediately before use: 1 teaspoon (5 g) of paste is stirred into ½ glass (100 ml) of warm water until evenly distributed. The glycerin and tara gum in the formula ensure a uniform texture, so the paste disperses well without prolonged stirring. The prepared suspension should not be stored — drink it immediately after preparation.

According to the instructions, adults take the suspension 2 times a day with meals: this reduces the likelihood of stomach discomfort and improves the tolerability of the peppermint, clary sage, orange and pine essential oils it contains.

As the herbal ingredients — lovage, horsetail, birch leaves and others — are traditionally associated with supporting water balance, it is recommended to drink enough plain water on the days you take it (as a guide, 1.5–2 litres a day), unless you have individual fluid restrictions. This is common practice when taking herbal diuretic complexes as a course.
