Lošadinoe Zdorovje Kaitsja is a concentrated warming balm from KorolevFarm, designed for external application on joints, the lower back and tired muscles. The "horse strength" line has become popular in the Baltics thanks to its noticeably rich, intense formulation — these balms were originally inspired by veterinary products for racehorses and later adapted for human topical use. The Kaitsja ("protector") version focuses on the joints: knees, elbows, shoulders, fingers and the cervical-lumbar area that take the heaviest mechanical load.

How the balm works

The balm works locally, on the skin and the tissues just beneath it. Warming plant components — typically extracts such as capsicum, camphor, menthol or essential oils of fir, eucalyptus and rosemary — create a contrast sensation of warmth and cooling. This stimulates surface blood flow, which is felt as a pleasant heat spreading across the area and a temporary easing of stiffness after physical strain. Plant oils and waxes in the base soften the skin and help the active substances stay in contact with it longer, instead of evaporating immediately.

How to use it

The "concentrated renovator" idea means the balm is denser than a regular massage cream: a small amount, about the size of a pea, is enough for one joint. It is usually massaged in with circular movements until fully absorbed.
