Apply a small amount to the inside of your forearm, wait several hours, and check for redness, itching, burning or other irritation. If any reaction appears, wash the balm off and do not use it again.

Use the product only on intact skin. Keep it away from the eyes, mucous membranes, fresh wounds, and areas with rashes, sunburn or other irritation. Do not apply it under tight occlusive bandages, because the warming effect can build up and become unpleasant. If that happens, remove the balm with a soft cloth and lukewarm water.
