Elfarm Jalakreem "Mägine vreurmarohi" is a foot cream from a small Estonian natural‑cosmetics workshop, built around an extract of greater celandine (Chelidonium majus) — a herb known in Northern European folk tradition as vereurmarohi or "mountain celandine". It is intended for people who spend long hours standing, walking or wearing closed shoes and need a richer, herbal‑based treatment rather than a light moisturiser.
The cream base, typically a blend of plant oils, beeswax and a water phase, forms an occlusive film on the skin that slows water loss from the upper epidermis. This helps dry, rough areas on the heels and the ball of the foot become softer and more elastic. Greater celandine extract provides the active herbal layer, historically used for skin prone to roughness, cracks, calluses and small imperfections, offering a mildly soothing effect on irritated skin. In a foot cream it adds a herbaceous character and complements the emollient base rather than acting as a strong active.
