It is not a general all-over body product and is meant for external use on the feet only.
Before applying, wash and dry the feet carefully, since the paste is meant to sit on the skin as a targeted layer rather than as a quick-absorbing lotion. Apply it as directed by the manufacturer, paying special attention to the soles, heels, and spaces between the toes if those are the areas you want to care for. A small amount is enough to start, because the texture is denser than a regular cream and a thin layer is easier to assess.
