Teavit Hypertonic Herbal Tea is a traditional Eastern European blended herbal infusion tea in teabag format, combining raspberry leaf (Rubus idaeus), hawthorn berries (Crataegus monogyna), hawthorn flowers (Crataegus sp.), yarrow herb (Achillea millefolium), pine bark granules (Pinus sylvestris) and green tea (Camellia sinensis). Raspberry leaf is a traditional botanical with a mild taste, widely used in European herbal tea traditions. Hawthorn (berries and flowers) is one of the most extensively studied and widely used cardiovascular botanical herbs in European phytotherapy traditions. Yarrow (Achillea millefolium) is a classic traditional European herb with a long history of use in botanical preparations. Pine bark is a natural source of proanthocyanidins (oligomeric proanthocyanidins, OPCs) — potent plant polyphenol antioxidants. Green tea provides antioxidant polyphenols and a refreshing note.
