Bio National Honey Green Tea is a flavoured green tea blend from the GrinLab/Bio National "Honey" tea range, combining a curated green tea base from premium tea-growing regions (India, Ceylon, Nepal and China) with an aromatic botanical complex of hand-harvested wild Siberian and Altai herbs and a natural honey flavouring. The green tea base provides the characteristic light-bodied, fresh and grassy character of green tea (which undergoes minimal oxidation during processing to preserve catechins, EGCG and chlorophyll), combined with the delicate warmth of the honey aroma and the herbaceous depth of the wild Siberian botanicals. The "Honey" range from Bio National is distinguished by using only wild-crafted herbs personally gathered in the ecologically pristine conditions of the Siberian taiga and the Altai mountain range, blended with carefully sourced leaf teas from the world's premier tea-growing regions. Natural honey flavouring adds a warm sweetness without sugar. 25 filter bags × 1.7 g.

Bio National Honey Green Tea is a flavoured green tea blend for people who want the fresh character of green tea with a warmer, softer honey note. It combines leaf tea from several well-known growing regions with a wild Siberian herbal complex, so the cup feels more layered than plain green tea. This kind of blend is often chosen for a calm tea break, for a lighter alternative to black tea, or when you want a mildly sweet impression without adding sugar.
The green tea base is only minimally oxidised during processing. In simple terms, that means the leaves keep more of their original plant compounds, including catechins such as EGCG, along with their naturally bright, grassy profile. The herbal blend adds extra aroma and depth rather than making the drink heavy. Natural honey flavouring rounds out the sharper edges of green tea and gives a mellow sweetness on the nose, while the drink itself remains unsweetened. Because of this balance, the tea can suit people who find plain green tea too austere but do not want a sugary beverage.
One interesting point about this BioNational tea is the composition: it brings together green teas from India, Ceylon, Nepal and China, then pairs them with wild-crafted Siberian and Altai herbs. These regions have a long association with herbal tea traditions, where aromatic local plants are valued for their expressive taste and seasonal use in hot infusions. The result is not just “green tea with flavour”, but a blend with both freshness and botanical character.
This green tea can fit well into the first half of the day, during study or office hours, or as a mid-afternoon cup when coffee feels too strong. If you enjoy tea with biscuits or desserts, the honey aroma can give a fuller impression even without sugar. For a cleaner taste, brew it with water below boiling point: this helps the green tea stay smoother and lets the herbs come through more clearly.
As with other green tea drinks, this product contains caffeine, so sensitive users may prefer to avoid it late in the evening. If you are limiting caffeine intake, pregnant, or choosing teas for children, it is sensible to check whether this blend suits your habits.
