The cream-balm is a highly active auxiliary product for conducting local massage aimed at restoring the proper functioning of the musculoskeletal system.
The stimulating action of the preparation effectively helps to cope with muscle and joint problems resulting from age-related changes, sports, and physical overloads. The preparation actively stimulates local blood circulation, nourishes, and regenerates muscles and ligaments.
The ingredients of the preparation play an important role in restoring the functions of knee, elbow, and shoulder joints, as well as wrist and ankle joints; actively stimulate local blood circulation, nourish and regenerate muscles and ligaments; contribute to accelerating metabolic processes at the cellular level, normalizing the blood supply to the bone base of the joint cartilage, and accelerating the restoration of normal functioning of muscle and joint tissues, thereby helping to stop the inflammatory process.
Application: apply to clean and dry skin.

Dr.Retter PÄÄSTERÕNGAS knee cream-balm is a warming massage cream for areas that tend to feel stiff or overworked after sport, long walks, repetitive movement, or age-related changes in mobility. It is designed as a local, non-greasy formula primarily for knees, but can also be used during massage on other joints.
Key Active Components
The formula combines warming and conditioning ingredients that work together during massage:
- Camphor, menthol, cinnamon essential oil, and ginger oil — create an activating sensation on the skin and help stimulate local microcirculation, making a tense area feel looser during massage and movement.
- Arnica, sweet clover, willow bark, bryony root, and pine bark — plant extracts often used in topical products for muscles and joints; help the skin feel soothed after physical strain.
- Glucosamine sulfate and chondroitin sulfate — well known from joint-focused supplements; included here as conditioning components for the skin over problem areas.
