Valentin Dikul Sports Body Balsam 100ml from Fora Farm (Russia) is a cosmetic topical warming body balsam formulated with an extensive complex of natural botanical and mineral extracts, designed for external application to the skin before and after physical activity. The formula includes sea buckthorn oil (Hippophae rhamnoides) for skin nourishment, mumio (shilajit) extract, menthol for a cooling-warming aromatic sensation, aloe vera extract, ginseng root extract (Panax ginseng), chamomile extract (Matricaria chamomilla), ginkgo biloba leaf extract, propolis extract, freshwater sponge extract, and sage extract (Salvia officinalis), among other botanical ingredients. Together, these botanical ingredients provide an aromatic, complex cosmetic warming and soothing experience on the skin surface during massage application. The balsam has a characteristic fresh, warming aroma. Applied to the skin by gentle massaging movements. 100 ml.

Common target areas include calves, shoulders, lower back, and knees. Apply a thin layer to intact skin and massage until absorbed. The effect is sensory and surface-level — it does not penetrate deep tissue or alter muscle physiology.
This product contains propolis, which is a resinous substance collected by bees. People with allergies to bee stings, honey, pollen, or other bee-derived ingredients may react to propolis with redness, itching, swelling, or contact dermatitis. The formula also includes menthol, ginseng, ginkgo biloba, sage, chamomile, aloe, and mumio (shilajit) — all botanically active ingredients that can trigger sensitivity in some individuals, especially on thinner skin or if the barrier is compromised.
