Take a small amount and massage it over the body in gentle circular motions, focusing on areas that tend to feel rough: elbows, knees, legs and heels. The Dead Sea salt crystals do the mechanical polishing, so you do not need to press hard — letting the crystals glide over the skin is enough. Rinse thoroughly with warm water afterwards.
No — this is a body scrub, not a facial exfoliator. The Dead Sea salt crystals are designed to polish the thicker, tougher skin on the body, especially areas like elbows, knees, legs and heels. The same crystals are too coarse for the thin, more delicate skin on the face, where they can easily cause redness or micro-tears, particularly on the cheeks, nose and jawline.
Not right after shaving. Freshly shaved skin always has tiny micro-irritations, even if they are invisible, and salt crystals can sting and aggravate those spots. This product is designed to exfoliate and polish, not to soothe or calm freshly shaved skin.
