Use this scrub in the shower or bath, on skin that is already damp. Take a small amount and massage it over the body in gentle circular motions, focusing on areas that tend to feel rough: elbows, knees, legs and heels. The Dead Sea salt crystals do the mechanical polishing, so you do not need to press hard — letting the crystals glide over the skin is enough. Rinse thoroughly with warm water afterwards.
Plan for about 1–2 sessions a week. That rhythm keeps the skin surface smoother without over-exfoliating. It also works well as a quick polish before a special occasion, before showing more skin, or after a stretch of cold weather when the skin tends to feel rougher. Daily use is generally not necessary for a salt scrub and can leave the skin feeling sensitive. The chocolate scent in this version is a sensory addition: it makes the shower routine feel more relaxing, but it does not change how the scrub works.
In a typical routine, use the scrub after washing your body with a regular cleanser, rinse well, then pat the skin dry and follow with a body lotion or body oil. Because the formula already contains a blend of six oils, the skin should not feel tight or dry right after rinsing; the moisturizer simply extends the smooth feel.
One practical note for the 400 g jar: keep it closed and dry. Try not to scoop the scrub with wet hands or let shower water drip into the jar, since moisture can make the salt crystals clump. If your skin is sensitive, do a gentle test on a small area first and stop if irritation appears.
