Can I use the scrub right after shaving?

Not right after shaving. Freshly shaved skin always has tiny micro-irritations, even if they are invisible, and salt crystals can sting and aggravate those spots. This product is designed to exfoliate and polish, not to soothe or calm freshly shaved skin.

If you want to combine exfoliation and shaving, reverse the order: use the scrub first, rinse it off thoroughly, and then shave. Exfoliating before shaving lifts loose dead cells and leaves the skin surface more even, so the razor glides more easily. After shaving, apply a gentle moisturizer rather than a scrub.

If you have already shaved and still want to exfoliate, wait at least 24 hours, and only if the skin feels completely comfortable — no stinging, no redness. The same rule applies after waxing or laser hair removal: give the skin time to settle before using a coarse salt scrub.
