100% corn silk (Stigmata Maydis).
Preparation
Pour 1 tablespoon of the herb with a glass of hot boiled water. Cool, strain, and top up with boiled water to 200 ml if necessary. Take 1 tablespoon 3 times a day.

Storage conditions
Store in a dry, dark place at a temperature from +5 °C to +25 °C.
