Swanson Albion Chelated Zinc is a dietary supplement providing zinc in the form of zinc bisglycinate chelate (Albion® TRAACS® technology) — an organically chelated form in which zinc is bound to amino acid glycine ligands, forming a stable, highly bioavailable chelate complex. Zinc is an essential trace mineral. Zinc contributes to normal DNA synthesis, to the normal function of the immune system, to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, to normal cognitive function, to the maintenance of normal hair, nails and skin, to normal fertility and reproduction, to normal testosterone levels in the blood, to normal macronutrient metabolism and to normal vision. INGREDIENTS: Zinc bisglycinate chelate (Albion® TRAACS®), providing approx. 30 mg elemental zinc per capsule (300% NRV); capsule shell and excipients: see product label.
USE: As a dietary supplement: take 1 capsule per day with water, with or after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
