LOODU Kummelisalv is designed for areas that suffer particularly from dryness and external effects. Thanks to its dense, beeswax-based texture, it stays on the skin's surface longer and forms a protective layer that reduces moisture loss.
The main difference lies in the composition and in how the product interacts with the skin. An ordinary hand cream usually contains water and absorbs quickly, giving light hydration. LOODU's ointment, by contrast, is built on an oil base with beeswax and contains no water: it does not "absorb" in the usual sense, but stays on the surface, forming a protective layer.
LOODU Kummelisalv is originally aimed at sensitive skin: the composition contains no acids, complex active ingredients, or many synthetic additives. Chamomile is traditionally used in cosmetics precisely for delicate skin prone to irritation — it helps reduce reactivity and discomfort in cases of redness or flaking.
