“Altyn Bay Free Breathing” is a herbal tea drink for the cold season, when the throat feels irritated, you want to warm up and support the respiratory tract. The blend contains meadowsweet, fireweed, oregano, raspberry and blackcurrant leaves, mint, calendula, chamomile and rowan berries. The result is a rich, aromatic infusion with a berry-herbal taste, convenient to drink at the first signs of seasonal discomfort or after getting chilled.
The main focus here is on the throat and respiratory comfort. Mint contains menthol, which creates a characteristic cooling and refreshing sensation and can make breathing feel more open. Oregano is rich in essential oils, while chamomile and calendula are traditionally used in warm infusions when the throat mucosa feels irritated or dry. Fireweed complements the blend with a mild taste and plant polyphenols.
Raspberry and blackcurrant leaves, rowan berries and meadowsweet make the blend especially suitable for the autumn-winter period. They contain flavonoids, organic acids, tannins and other natural compounds with antioxidant activity. Scientific studies examine plant polyphenols and essential oils in connection with their ability to help cells cope with oxidative stress and support the body’s natural protective functions.
This tea is well suited after a walk in cold weather, in dry indoor air, when the voice is tired or there is discomfort in the throat. The warm infusion also provides additional fluid, warms the body and allows you to get several herbs in one cup without having to combine them separately.
“Free Breathing” can be kept at home as a seasonal herbal blend for adults. In case of high fever, severe pain, shortness of breath or prolonged symptoms, tea does not replace consultation with a doctor.

- 5 0 people found this helpfulKui tunnen, et hakkan külmetuma, tahan tavaliselt just kuuma taimeteed. See meeldis mulle maitse poolest: ei ole liiga mündine, tunda on meeldivat mustsõstralehe ja pune aroomi. Ilma lisanditeta on see minu jaoks veidi mahe, aga meega on täpselt paras.

- 5 0 people found this helpfulA really good herbal blend I bought it for the colder months. I liked that you can actually see proper leaves and flowers in the pack, not just fine powder. I brew it quite strong in a teapot, and the aroma is very homely: mint, oregano and a little chamomile. The pack is almost finished, so I’ll be getting another one.
