How Chaga Herbal Tea with Mint Works
The Chaga Herbal Tea with Mint works through a combination of natural ingredients that support overall well-being and provide a gentle tonic effect.
Key Ingredients
- Chaga mushroom (Inonotus obliquus) contains bioactive compounds, including polyphenols and beta-glucans, which have antioxidant properties. This helps protect cells from oxidative stress and support the body's natural defenses.
- Peppermint leaf (Mentha piperita) has a refreshing and mild antispasmodic effect. It promotes relaxation, supports digestive comfort, and imparts a pleasant cooling effect to the drink.
Overall Effect
The warm herbal infusion also helps maintain fluid balance and provides a gentle warming or refreshing effect, depending on the temperature of the drink.
As a result, the tea has a gentle and comprehensive effect: it supports the body, has an antioxidant effect, and promotes relaxation, while remaining a light and pleasant drink for daily consumption.

ALTEJA Chaga Herbal Tea with Mint is intended as a daily herbal drink made from chaga mushroom (Inonotus obliquus) and peppermint leaf (Mentha piperita). According to the product information, chaga contains natural bioactive compounds such as polyphenols and beta-glucans, which are associated with antioxidant properties. In everyday terms, this makes the tea suitable for people who want a simple herbal infusion as part of their general well-being routine.
This tea can be used as a regular herbal infusion whenever you want a light drink with a natural chaga and peppermint profile. The product information describes the warm infusion as helping maintain fluid balance and giving either a warming or refreshing effect depending on the serving temperature.
