Aldomed Steam Polymeric Inhaler is a compact portable polymeric steam inhalation device designed for home use with herbal preparations, essential oils and tinctures. The device allows aromatherapy inhalation with multiple essential oils simultaneously without unpredictable mixing in the liquid phase, allowing individual selection of the aromatherapy agents to be inhaled. The inhaler can be used with both cold (room temperature) and hot (steam) inhalation modes, allowing personalisation of the aromatherapy experience. The barrel/cup design holds 3–35 ml of liquid, which can be a pre-prepared herbal decoction or hot water with added drops of essential oils or prepared tincture. The cup is fitted with an adapter to which a face mask is attached for comfortable delivery of the aromatic steam. The inhaler is suitable for use at home or while travelling.
