Farmgrupp Vitamins A+E Forte is a dietary supplement produced by OOO Farmgrupp (Barnaul, Russia), providing both vitamin A (as retinyl acetate) and vitamin E (as tocopheryl acetate) in a single soft gelatin capsule containing sunflower oil as the carrier. Vitamins A and E are fat-soluble: dietary fat needs to be present for them to be absorbed in the intestine. If you take a capsule on an empty stomach or with fat-free food, a significant proportion of the active substances may simply pass through without being absorbed.
