Mirrolla "03 Series" Vitamin E Cream is a nourishing, moisturising and smoothing cosmetic cream from the Mirrolla "03" professional care range for face and body, formulated with vitamin E (alpha-tocopherol / tocopheryl acetate) as the principal active antioxidant ingredient. Vitamin E (alpha-tocopherol) is the primary lipid-soluble antioxidant in the human skin, residing in cell membranes and the stratum corneum lipid matrix where it intercepts and quenches free radicals and singlet oxygen generated by UV radiation, environmental pollutants and normal metabolic oxidative processes. In cosmetics, tocopheryl acetate (the more stable acetate ester of alpha-tocopherol) is the most commonly used form; it is hydrolysed to free tocopherol on the skin surface by esterases. The cream provides deep moisturisation and softening while the vitamin E content provides antioxidant protection at the skin surface. The supporting formula contains conditioning agents that stimulate the skin's normal collagen and elastin matrix maintenance and help combat visible signs of everyday environmental stress on the skin. 75 ml tube.
